Abstract
Patients and method: We present two cases with blunt abdominal trauma, hemodynamic stable, in which laparoscopic exploration and reparation of bladder and jejunum injuries were made. Results: Postoperative satisfactory outcome Conclusion: The management of blunt abdominal trauma is, for excellence, non operative. Still, the percentage of non therapeutic laparotomy is considerable; it is so minor injuries susceptible to laparoscopic reparation. Because of this, a minimal invasive approach offer advantages in the treatment of this patient.
