This includes neurofibromatosis type 1, a disorder characterized by the formation of neurofibromas of variable size in different parts of the body. Clinical Case: 38-year-old female patient who is diagnosed with neurofibromatosis type I. Anatopathological and imaging studies reveal and confirm the diagnosis, surgical resolution is decided by hydrodissection. Conclusion: Currently, hydrodissection is at the height of surgical procedures because it has proven to be truly effective in cases that in the past would have been thought to be treated only by entering the operating table.
