Abstract
Bull horn wounds are a common condition in regions with a tradition of bullfighting, where shows involving these animals are commonplace. There is a special type of injury known as a sheathed goring, in which the skin remains intact but the injuries beneath it can be potentially serious. We present the case of a patient who suffered a sheathed goring with the appearance of a lumbar eventration. A hernioplasty was performed to repair the abdominal wall.
